The cardiac left insufficiency with mitral dysfunction is a relevant pathology importante repercussion in the lung, leads to pulmonary edema. Pulmonary edema corresponds accumulation of fluid lung parenchyma and alveoli, can be classified as cardiogenic or non-cardiogenic. Clinical signs symptoms include presence dyspnea, cough, tachypnea, alteration normal sounds during auscultation.
